Applications for September 2021 are now OPEN. The deadline for these is

5pm on Monday 22nd February 2021

If you have any questions, please contact us.

How it works

Our application process is two-fold. First of all, you need to complete an application form and send it to us at You also need to submit a recording^. This recording should be of you singing one piece. It may be accompanied or unaccompanied from any era, but jazz, pop and musical theatre pieces are discouraged.

If you are successful, we will shortlist you for a live audition to be held on 12th & 13th March 2021*. This will consist of singing two pieces of your choosing, some sight-reading (examples below), aural and or range tests, and an opportunity for questions.

*due to the ongoing pandemic, we may hold our auditions at a later date, or online.

^if you are unable to record yourself during the current lockdown restrictions, please get in touch with us.
